Hi dont know if this is the best place to post this but due to size of this forum i thought best here.
Whilst using the sega model 2 emulator i can change all controls no probs but the pause key is fixed to the pause/break key on the keyboard, problem is i cant map that to my i-pac 2 as the i-pac sees that key as "E" and ive treid 3 key boards and same prob. even when i program the ipac it still sends the "E" key. sorry if this ? shouldnt be here but im stukk!

The I-PAC does not support the pause key. The reason for this is that it is an "oddball" key which has a toggle action, with two different keycodes, so there would be no way to tell it which one of the two to use. This is unlike any other key on the keyboard. Its not really suitable for a keyboard interface to use. Its strange that an emulator uses this key.

Thanks andy this is the first time ive seen it used in a emu but maybe someone who has used the model 2 emu has got round this by remapping it to say the "p" key i just dont know how to. its realy strange cos M2 uses all the other standard mame keys like 1,2, start 5,6 coin etc
