Title: Billabs BL27CB0P multisync questions

Hi all,

I'm after one of the 27" Billabs BL27CB0P  monitors, but I live in the UK.  So far no reply from Billabs after emailing their sales team.  Does anyone know who I can get one of these monitors from (that ships to the UK)?

Also, I'd like to find out dimensions of it for mounting, so I can judge the width/depth to build my cab.  Does anyone have a URL handy for the dimension/specifications, or can post them here (for the 27" model)?  On the billabs site they don't have much info!

Hi

Thank very much for the info.  I thought that monitor was 27"... but that PDF you posted says its 29"...   If you could clarify which one it is that would be great.

It is the BL27CBOP 27 in monitor, why they say 29 I do not know.

BTW:  Has anyone managed to contact Billabs recently?  I've tried emailing them numerous times (to sales@, info@ techsupport@) but no replies for a few days now.  I'm desperately trying to see if they can ship to the UK or if they know a distributor that can supply me with one.  Their website is awful - broken links, menus not working, missing pages etc..   doesn't give me much confidence in buying from them! :(

---fudgesicle---, tell me about it. I'm shopping around for monitors right now, and the lack of info on the various manufacturers websites is startling. With the amount of faulty pages, incorrect email addresses, broken links, and just flat out wrong info, it's like most of these companies are actively trying not to sell their products.

They are slow but  I have no complaints with the monitor.  I ended up calling them and leaving a message and they called me back.  As for the website I have not had a lot of problems with it but I just wanted the contact info and info on the monitor.

Billabs is just the US distributer for Wei Ya.  Wei Ya actually makes the monitor, they may be able to turn you on to a UK source for the product.
