Hey folks. Got one of these sitting here with not much use. Works great after being recapped, the picture is very bright, covers the whole tube, and is sharp. There is VERY VERY minimal burn in, almost nothing unless a clear white picture is displayed. This one is in great shape. The monitor does not come with an inverter board to use it on a regular cab, but if you'd like, I could convert it to regular positive video for use with non-Nintendo boards. FYI, the monitor is a 19'' tube, and should be a direct replacement for any Nintendo cabs you may have.
I am located outside of Atlanta. Unless you really really want to, I don't want to ship this thing.
Price is at $100 OBO. I know these are hard to come by in such good shape. Pictures will be up tomorrow sometime.
Thanks for looking!

Being that Idaho is a fair distance from where you are located, what would you charge to ship...if...say someone...like me... REALLY NEEDS a Sanyo 20EZ?
I can get a brand new Wei-Ya for $139.99 + $29.00 S&H from Twistedquarter... but i'd rather go Sanyo if possible....

I'll go weigh it and stuff and see what kind of a quote I get for shipping.
-
I am getting about $100 for shipping from UPS and USPS. I have never shipped something this big, am I looking in the wrong place?

Twisted Quarter uses DHL and they quote $29.00 S&H...might want to give them a try?
$100 shipping sort of kills it for anything short of a free excellent condition monitor.

Sure, do you have a link? I definitely understand about the shipping price, I thought it was a bit ridiculous myself.
-
DUH, never mind. Lemme look now.

Cool! I get a quote of $38.46 to some zip in Idaho, I think I put down 83255 which is to Moore, Idaho. How about $120 shipped?

What are the chances of posting a picture or two of the glass? I am most concerned with burn-in...you state there is minimal burn in...just checking as to how minimal is minimal. Perhaps a shot with the screen off and one with it displaying white if possible?! If not, i understand.

Not a problem. Give me a couple of minutes. Do you have AIM or something we can do this through? Might make life a bit easier, Just PM me.

Here is a quick shot of the white. Like you see, there is no actual burn-in, the only flaw on the display are the faint vertical lines on the left side which are invisible unless the monitor is displaying a white or very light color. Note the inverted colors since that is just running from my mame machine, just to double check, you DO need the inverted video to run a Nintendo board, correct? Also, I never touched the Width coil and I am sure you could strech the picture horizontally a bit more.

I know this is an old post, but are these Wei-Ya monitors still available from TwistedQuarter or anywhere else for $139.99 + $29.00 S&H? And, how do they compare to a Happ Vision Pro?
