Title: soft 15khz and resolution settings

I have soft-15khz installed and working and I'm trying to set it up with a 15khz monitor. I'm finding that for each game I have to adjust the monitor's v/h-hold. I think it may be my resolution settings. For this setup what res settings should I have for the desktop, frontend (gameex), and in the mame config file??

Is it a digital monitor? If not, the monitor can't "remember" your settings for each resolution, so you'll be stuck tweaking things every time you change resolutions.
