DC COM stands for DC common.  It is the ground terminal for all DC voltages.

AC N is AC neutral
AC L is AC line (hot)
GND because it is placed beside your AC inputs is probably frame ground (FG) and GND for your AC line.

There are 2 wires coming to the DC com i dont know from where ... but not the jamma harness ... problem is that my psu is blowing up my pcb's.

You'll need to trace those two wires to know where they are coming from, no sense in us just guessing if they aren't coming from the JAMMA harness.

Common on the psu should be ground on the JAMMA harness and possibly coin door lights etc.

Measure the +5 and +12 volts from the psu to be sure it's not an over voltage problem.

Make sure that they are backwards on the psu.
Use the JAMMA pinout and verify which ones you have goping to the +5 and +12.
