Title: Kid Niki conversion to Donkey Kong
Post by: ncflagg on July 11, 2007, 11:17:57 am
I have a cabinet that was converted to Kid Niki from Mario Bros and I'd like to turn it into something respectable like Donkey Kong. I'm aware that the older arcade power supplies are usually proprietary. I have a Nintendo vs Unisystem power supply also (Is it at all compatable with Donkey Kong?)

So, what are my options?

Is there anything else I should be aware of? (I have an inverter board for the Sanyo Monitor but I assume I don't need it for Donkey Kong)

Can I use a multimeter to wire the power supply so that it is compatable or will it have the right voltages at all?

While not 100% sure,  I DO believe the VS PS is compatible with DK.
