But.. I am considering building a Video Poker machine for my basement (completely for "entertainment purposes only"...dont want to start a casino) And 99% of it is the same concept as building an arcade machine (buttons, screen, computer, etc) but I am trying to find software to run on it...and i am striking out.
Has anyone seen any video poker software (free or not) that will run full-screen, and take input from either touchscreen or button presses (prefer both)
thanks, and i hope this was an ok place to post this question

If it's just for entertainment and you don't mind the lack of payouts, MAME has a video poker game or two. No touchscreen support though.
There are also a TON of Casino games available for the PC. They are touchscreen compatible.

Masque has some very realistic slot and video poker programs. The slot work well with a touchscreen so poker should as well.

There's freeware alternatives for you.

Using a frontend like Mala or mamewah can shell your poker machine to only show the games available and no windows. You can have gamelists open up all kinds of software on your machine. You could also add jukebox features since you will probably have a touchscreen for days when you want some music to go with a real poker game.

I already have a jukebox, so i dont need that function...and i found software that "mostly" works the way i want...except it doesnt run in full screen, it runs in a window.

any ideas on how to fix / change that?

Can't really check that website right now, but most frontends can send commands to run a certain program in fullscreen. So using a frontend you could have a few poker programs that all open to fullscreen.
If you are just looking at using that one program, you might be able to use a batch file that will run at windows start to open the program in full screen.
