I just gave up and bought a HAPP from ebay for $56.00 + $8.00 S&H.   Make sure to get the HAPP if you are going to run a multigame board as the Ultimarc ball I got doesn't work (I can only get left/right or up/down to work but not both for some odd reason).

I no longer need one of these because there was a brand new happ in the centipede that I bought, it was hiding in the coin box.
