Title: Can anyone help me identify who built these little beauties?

I really like these little cabs and wouldn't mind trying to build my own if I could get some plans. Anyone want to lay claim to them?

The mini pac was a really small bartop with a real pacman board in it.  Just remembered who built it.  Pacfan

is it just me, or can anyone else not download those plans?  its saying they are not found.
