Title: Is there a way to get RGBs to accept an RCA composite signal?

I have a couple of monitors that accept the 4-wire RGBs signal, and I want to run older consoles on them via the RCA style composite yellow, red, white inputs.  Or, at least using the yellow, since I would be running the audio straight to the speakers.  I have searched but cannot find anything except for scart.  I dont have anything that would accept a scart connector, so ideally some kind of convertor to accept RCA video into the RGBs would be great.

Not quite that.  That accepts them as component, but i need it to accept RCA style composite into RGBs.

Additionally, you may want to see if the consoles can output RGB.   I know SNES, X-Box, Genesis, Saturn, and the PAL version of Nintendo Wii can output RGB.  With some soldering, RGB can be added to SNES2, N64, Gamecube, and several other systems.   Go to http://www.gamesx.com for details.

Be careful what you ask and what you get may be different. Most of the converters that have been posted do convert component to RGB- but at 640X480 resolution.

This is VGA- is that what you want? What resolution are the monitors you have???

If it is Coposite to 15.75khz (standard/CGA) no problem finding a video converter, not in a fancy plastic box.... not $200.

Next RCA style and component, usually same thing Yellow is 1 volt peak to peak with .3 volt sync included, red and white are audio.

Ok...

I have an older Rear Projection TV that is part of a Megalo 50" arcade unit.  This tv only has a 4-wire input for RGBs with BNC connectors.

I want to use older videogame home console systems, and for my own ease of use, want to use RCA composite video (yellow) to input into the TV.  Is there some kind of converter that will allow me to do this?  I do not really want to get multiple different connectors for the various game systems I have.  I'd much rather get 1 converter that will allow me to input with the RCA male yellow composite video.
