And yes, I bought 1 item from him a couple years ago. Transaction went smooth.

I just recently did.
Everything was packed up very well and shipped in very good time.
However, the items he sent fell considerably short of my expectations,
(and my requests) and I was even expecting old used parts.
Let's just say some creative liberties were taken with item substitutions.

I am contacting him now to arrange a refund.
We'll see how it goes.

Mark has been working with me, and we are almost settled.
He took the parts back and I am just waiting for the payment adjustments to get sorted out.
