I finally wired up my control panel when I realized some of the microswitches had the .250 terminal and some had .187. The quick connectors i bought are for .250 so i figured I would just buy some new microswitches. Any suggestions on where to buy them? I saw them at happ for about a buck a piece. I also notices they sell .1 amp and 10 amp. Which do I need?

it would be cheaper to buy some .187 quick connectors :P

many of the microswitches were pulled out of another old machine and should probably be replaced anyway. I also want to keep them all the same. Both my joysticks and all my bew buttons have the .250 connector.

if it's just for signal, .1 amp is fine...

I don't think that you will have any problems using the .250 connectors on the .187 switches. I have done this and had no problems in my CP. Just use a pliers to squeeze the QD a little bit to make sure the the QD will stay connected.

**Edit, The .250 refers to the width of the connector so the larger will fit on the smaller blade of the switch.

regardless of the size, is Happ the best place to buy the microswitches?

Don't buy directly from Happ. Shipping will kill you. You can get Happ parts all over.
Ebay is probably your best best. Just make sure they are cherry microswitches, the most popular I think. Some other guys on the forum might even have some for sale. You could try a google search. Basically buy the cheapest ones you can find. Just make sure they are cherry switches.
