Title: Steering Wheel for sale. Whoo hoo...

$20 + shipping.

There' aren't any optics, but you could affix an encoder board and you'd be styling. (I had picked up a dual steering wheel panel off ebay last year and ended up hacking it apart and using only one wheel.)
