Title: How do you play this game?

There is sometimes a bit for any particular game in the history.dat, sometimes not. Does anyone know of a site or sites that has information on how to play arcade games - moves, etc? In particular, I'm looking for something on Strikers 1945 and Mortal Kombat (a foray into fighting games for me, really).
