Title: pmsl when i saw this

why? its funny in context to the word i was searching for in wikipedia. i CANT say the word here but it doesnt mean you CNT figure it out...
doesnt dubya sometimes wear one of these?

Very commonly referred to in the armed services as a C_NT CAP.

I think that's old school. Since the 80s I think everyone wears piss-cutters. At least Marines do.
