Could you use Trackball Cable for Opti-Wiz for the opti-pac by any chance? http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=76_85&products_id=261

You could but you would end up cutting off the no solder connector for the Optiwiz to bare the wires to plug into the Optipac.  In other words all you would be gaining is the molex connector that plugs into the trackball.
