I started putting the new T-Molding around my Centipede cab and as soon as I reached the first corner I got stuck. how on earth am I meant to fit the molding in the routed gap along corners/ It won't fit, it is very hard to achieve. help!!!!

Very simple just cut a few V cuts from the groove, the t-molding with then bend round the corners no problem.

Did you clip the part that fits into the slot so that you can go around bends and curves? You have to remove some of the extrusion to allow the tmoulding to fit.

Mark's Arcade Retro site has a drawing to look at that will help here: http://users.rcn.com/jenison/mars/smalltips/tip6.html (http://users.rcn.com/jenison/mars/smalltips/tip6.html) -- basically you are just going to notch the T-molding to allow it to go around the corner.

You can achieve very sharp corners if you follow the above advice. Here's a 90deg bend in my cabinet that I did by notching out the leg in the t-molding:
