Title: New addition and a dead link

People might notice a new heading on the main page. Hopefully this will ease some demand by newbies and such.

Also, the following link is dead: http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/Utilities

I didn't know about this utility and would like to see it back, so if anyone knows where it might exist, or you have it and perhaps saint could host it, holler up.

I moved it to the MAME page (http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/MAME), where it belongs.

Oh. It's really buried. Not my entry, but the Mame page. I wonder how often it's accessed. If not very much then your opinion on my entry's placement, or just the mame page, may be incorrect.
