Title: Paypal Offline?

Anyone heard of problems with Paypal.  Tried to pay for something on EBAY and it now says try again later when I go to pay.  Cannot even get paypal.com to respond.

soon as you go to the homepage it states their temporarly down due to maintence and will be back online 11:00AM PDT

Paypal works for me but I'm getting certificate errors from Bank Of America's website. It doesn't allow me to log on.

PDT = Pacific Daylight Time = The time zone that covers the west coast/westernmost states of the the United States of America.
