Title: ePowerStrip
Post by: SavannahLion on May 31, 2007, 07:01:00 pm
Has anybody encountered something liek the ePowerStrip or something similar?

I know everyone goes gaga over the Smartstrip, but I'd think it would be pretty cool to control a bunch of machines from a central location/system. The ePowerStrip might be the ticket to that. Someone even developed a Perl Module (http://www.fourmilab.ch/webtools/ePowerSwitch/) for it.  :applaud: But alas, the ePowerStrip doesn't even look like it's for the American market. I don't even recognize which market those sockets are for.

So... anybody know of an ethernet controllable power strip like the ePowerStrip?

Standalone module allows I/O control over internet.   Relay outputs for power control.
