Title: Mag-stick VS Mag-stick Plus

I have a mag-stick currently and I want to know if there is any difference in feel between the to of them.  I would guess no because there are basically the same stick but the different ways to change its from 4 to 8 might change the overall feel of the stick.  I want to know this because im going to be added a second player to my control panel.  I want the first player to be switchable without going into the cabinet  and have still use my current mag-stick for the second player and go into the cabinet to switch that from 8 to 4 but I cant think of anything that I would need to do that for.
