Looks pretty interesting, I just found it on ebay while looking at something else. I was wondering if anyone ever had one and could comment on the quality. I was thinking about using it with Mame via an usb adapter:

That picture better not be full size.

I have the PC version of that and I would say it's so-so. It's not a bad controller overall, and the analog stick is pretty good.
The biggest problem I have with it is that it's very light weight for it's size. If you get into any spirited playing, it's pretty hard to hold down on the desk.
There's also not enough room inside to swap out the sticks and buttons for something better, although maybe those Sanwas would fit. I should dig mine out and take a look at it again. It's been sitting in the bottom of my storage cabinet for the last several years.

I mainly wanted it for the flight stick. Was your pc one made by madcatz as well?

Yes, the Madcatz dual fight/flight stick. It looks pretty much exactly the same. If I remember right, it connected through both the joystick port and the PS/2 port although don't hold me to that until I dig it out to look at it.
