I should be getting a Quasicade this weekend, and was kicking around the idea of selling the CP and putting a different CP on the cabinet part. I obviously wouldn't let it go super cheap, but if someone is interested in it, I'm open to offers. It seems to have all the cables for PS2/GC/Xbox and PC, and I saw at least 3 of the cheatsheet cards for it.

this probably isn't the best place to sell it really.
But if you part it out... I would be interested in the analog buttons, and possibly the encoder :)

I realize that. But I figured I'd still ask here first.
Plus I see more and more cabs being powered by xbox's and PS2's, etc. This CP seems to be the best way to get both emulated arcade action plus current-gen goodness rolled up in one. (i.e. xbox + emus + decent controller = ideal).

I'd be interested. Is it 2 player or 4?

2 Player. I believe they were called a Quasicon 2? Its currently mounted on a Quasicade Jr. that I am picking up on Sunday.

I think Quasicade only has one controller, which is 2 player.
Heres the retroblast review of it: http://www.retroblast.com/reviews/quasicade_3.html

According to that review, it's two controller boards, one for each player.

Umm, ok. I was talking about the types of control panels Quasicade makes. Someone asked if it was the 2 player or 4 player version, and I was saying they only make a two player version. I guess I should of said only one control panel, instead of only one controller.

This up for sale yet?

I've got the complete Quasicade in hand now, and am evaluating its worth to me.
I'm happy with the deal I got on the whole cab, but I'd have to figure out if the cabinet minus the CP is worth the price I paid minus what I could get for the CP. (does that make sense?)
