Title: Obvious RipOff of Pacman but what is its name? - Name that Control Panel Part 2

Ok, so obviously this is a blatant Rip Off of Pacman - But does anyone know the name of this game?  Any info would be great...

mame can help you here, mame 32 lists clones of games , might be a place to start looking through the pacman clones then take the names to klov for possible pics.

Could just be generic third party art for Pac Man.
