Title: Anyone know what kind of hinge this is?

I'm trying to search hardware sites looking for this hinge but I'm not sure what it's called.. anyone know?

I'm hoping to use it to mount my CP to it's box...

Yip,

They are '270 degree Overlay Hinges'.

I used some recently on some cocktail restorations.

Can't you just take a trip to your local hardware store and source it there?

Nice to know the name of those spacies ... I was looking around for something like that a few weeks back. No luck.

I just said screw it and put velcro blocks in.

Now that I know what they're called, I might be able to find some.

Those look like hinges for the top of a cocktail cabinet.

I've got 4 that are very similar to those if you're interested.  The ones I have will need to be cleaned of surface rust (or not).  The way they work you only see the pivot point exposed.

That's the thing to do.  Print a picture, hand it to the hardware store guy, and let him pick them out for you.  At the very least he'll know the name so you can find it elsewhere.

Yeah I could have taken it to my local guys, but seeing as it came from a cab, I thought asking here wouldn't be too much of a stretch..

Thanks for the offer Rocky, but I'm still not entirely decided on how I'll mount the guy..

Check back --tomorrow is too many letters to type so instead I'll just say the day after today-- and if I remember I will take a pic of 1 attached to a cabinet.
It will give you an idea of how to mount your CP.
