My guess is that Andy's products would now work.  No need to hack a controller anymore.

As far as I can tell that keyboard adapter is for playing Phantasy Star Online and wouldn't work with everything. Unless you mean to use it for Mame on an Xbox, then I think it'd just be a matter of getting drivers to support it.

byt he way you don't need this adapter.  you can buy one of those cable extension's and cut the end off and splice it into any keyboard.  the joystick port is standard USB.

I'm pretty sure its not completely standard usb. Isn't there like an extra contact with more power running through it or something?

6.95 and it will except keystrokes = no hacking needed.  Sounds like a deal to me -- plus its USB - won't be long before there are drivers for other periphials.

it is 100% stnadard USB.  I have already hacked a keyboard into it LONG before this product came out and it cost me 3 bucks and I didnt have to wait on shipping.
