Found this link when looking for other stuff. If posted before I apologize.
These guys use buildings to display interactive arcade games.

That's just not right. I don't even have a clapper to control my lights......and look at them.

I saw a story on it when they implemented the prototype, but this is totally off the wall.
WTD! Does that thing have grayscale shading?? :o

Hah, this idea has come to my mind a couple of times, since in the city that I live very near to, Rotterdam, there is a building with a "built in" light wall that can be completely controlled. It's normaly for promotional stuff etc. I wonder why no-one did this idea yet.
This is the building:

And this is what it looks like in the dark:

I guess doing something like this would be "a breeze" on this building since it was actualy meant to be a gigantic display anyway.....
I have no idea who to contact but I think I will drop the idea. Especialy since this building is owned by KPN, the biggest Dutch telecom operator, the idea of phoning in for a game should be something they will like :D
[Edit] It's 72x37 meters by the way.
This is/was an idea to project, not sure if this was ever done and if it can do it so smoothly....(http://www.flexmens.org/drupal/images/kpn_baby_web2.gif)

Probably not. The two photos above that show what was displayed don't appear to have antialiasing (hard to tell). The dancing baby (which needs to die a horrible death btw) has a lot of partial "pixels".
-
Oh god that baby will never die.

Yeah, I saw the partial pixels as well. But this was just a proposal AFAIK. I'm not sure if the intensity of the lights can be adjusted, I don't really think so...
O well....lets see if I get some responses....

revive dancing baby, as a fps with the baby as the target.

hmmm... I have the dance files. Now where did I put that Baby model...........??
