Customer bought a Karate Champ off of E-Bay and when he turned it on it wouldn't play. He opened up the back and found that the monitor frame had broken loose from the tube, dropping and pulling the neckboard, anode/yoke/degauss wires and chassis from the tube. He swears that the tube neck isn't broken and is having me come out to try to put it all back together in the hopes it will still work. Problem is - I can't figure out which model chassis it is from his pics. After perusing the various monitor ID sites, it seems to have certain characteristics in common with different Kortek, Sanwa, and Toei chassis, but none are identical to the knob layout on this. Anyone have an idea what type it is? I might need to D/L and take a monitor manual to make sure any wires that were pulled loose from their solder joints go back to the proper spots.
Here are the best pics of what he sent me:

you're going to need a better picture and also a record of what id names/numbers are printed on the underside of the PCB.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to tell until I'm there. Hoped someone would have a stroke of brilliance and intuition.....
