Found! Looking for Neo Turf Masters. NEO GEO MVS. Any cosmetic condition is ok, as long as the boards are legit. NO BOOTS. Fake Labels ok too. Prefer to pay with Paypal, and prefer U.S. seller to save on shipping.

Heh, I had a kit that took me a year to sell that just recently sold.  Perfect unused matching serials kit.

A full kit would have been out of my price range. But I may have put out the funds. Oh well.

I am looking for bare cart. It's for personal use, so I have no use for the entire kit. Also, I don't consider myself a collector.
