Title: Manual or Information For TC-HV202V

I'm looking for a manual (user is fine, service would pretty much be guaranteed to work as well) for a Toei Tsushin Kogyo Co. Ltd. model TC-HV202V.  This is a medium res monitor, but it looks like it may be switchable standard/medium (which would be very, very good in this case).  If anybody has a manual, knows where I can get one, or happens to know the answer to my question, I'd much appreciate it.
