Like the above states. I want to send the chassis out to have it benched and freshened up. Anywhere in the USA would be ideal, Zax amusements works on them apparently but I really would like to avoid shipping to Austrailia.
Thanks for any help!

That's a Kortek chassis. www.casinotech.com is the authorized Kortek repair center.

And since you now know the manufacturer, there might be more than one service center, and perhaps one closer than another.
-
There's also individuals like Chad Entringer that works on monitors as a service....

Is Kortek a Sharp brand? Whats the difference between Sharp and Kortek or are they the same? Sorry just a bit confused and curious.

Kortek made monitors for several companies. Sharp Image used both Kortek (primarily) and Sony as their monitor suppliers.
Kortek would rebrand/relabel monitors for a particular customer. The "KT" (or in your case "KTM") indicates a Kortek model number.
Happ Controls repairs all makes/models of arcade & gambling video monitors at their monitor repair shop in Las Vegas. Casino Tech is also in Nevada.
There's another Kortek repair shop at http://gamingstuff.com/displays.asp

OK cool :) I noticed that KT in front of the name, and that also Kortek had the same first 2 letters in all there model numbers. I'll contact these locations see if I can get anywhere... thanks alot!

Not sure how you are makng out??
As far as repair goes, we shy away from a number of breeds "Kortek" and "Neotec" on the top of the list..
If you get desperate, we have recently supplied 3 0r 4 customers with replacement boards for 32/34" Sharp monitors.
But first you must be very confident your tube and yoke is good.
If so look on the tube and yoke for part #'s as well as manufacturer.
Tube numbers will start with A79 or A80- if you can give me a manufacturer.
Yoke numbers - if Thompsom 79L....
I will cut it short here in case you have already repaired your board.
In any case good luck
