Despite your writing style ;) I would be glad to help you out if I were one of the artistically gifted. Since I'm not, I'll offer some advice instead. "Someone please help" sounds a little like you're expecting someone to jump in and just take care of this for you. Once in a while, some kind soul will actually do just that, however, that's not the norm. Perhaps if you were to rephrase the title and message a little, you might get a better response? Or maybe all the artists are just busy and I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. ;D You could also try searching through some old posts to find the names of some of the regulars and PM them directly. That has worked for me in the past.
Good luck,
Chris

What size do you want for the marquee?
-
the marquee should be around 18in long x 6 in high....i would appreciate any help i can get....btw lew nice juke......would love to know where you got the spinners...will this background work
-
Neither picture really works. They are 72dpi and should be 300+. When you print them out - they will be poor quality.
-
Also - Max's ear is cut off on the one side :(
-
so lew any suggestions of where i can find suitable pics

You may have some of your dog that you may have taken with your digital camera.
As for the lightning -if your happy with that lightning effect you attached, I would just recreate that in Photoshop. Find a good high res picture of Max and lets see what we can do.
