Title: Wall Mounted Arcade Cabs
Post by: IG-88 on April 18, 2007, 07:18:20 pm
I'm starting to get interested in these things and I was wondering if anyone had any info they wished to share on them. I've done a little searching on 'em but I haven't found much. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about:

Here's another one interested in building a wall mounted arcade cab.

But hey, come on, there's quite a lot of info on wall mounted jukeboxes already and I think it shouldn't be too hard to "develop" a real wall mounted arcade (WMA?) with those ideas as a starting point..

..I'll be spying :)

Psycho.

I agree. It shouldn't be too hard to design a new one. I'd just like all the info on the old ones I could get. For inspiration and such....

I wonder what kinda monitor they used in that Phoenix above? Sure doesn't look all that "thick".

HEY! Thanks for that link. I saw that post earlier but just skipped it by. I like that thing. Ugly as some think it is. I noticed that it's much thicker/deeper. Flat panel would work great for this of course, but I'm such a cheap SOB, I'll have to figure out how to use a smaller CRT.

I can't say I like that thing, but I definitely fancy this one:
