Title: Question about Tron joystick.
Post by: Zeppo on April 17, 2007, 07:21:31 pm
Are the joysticks for Tron and Discs of Tron the same?
Besides DoT having the thumb button, of course.
Could they be swapped out?

Thanks!

No.

The DOT sticks are the same as the Xenophobe ones.
They are 8-way with a square restrictor, and the stick leans forward.
The forward lean makes it a little easier to use the thumb button.

You can swap out the restrictors, sticks, handles, switches, etc... between them, but cannot use the DOT stick to play Tron.
You will get the zig-zags, just like with any other 8-way.
