Title: Trackball Rollers shouldn't look like this, should they?

Cause I have no clue, but I'm going to say worn out.

Yep. Worn out. With them that worn the ball won't even sit at the right height. Increases the pinching risk of playing with it.

And dm is the guy to get it from.  His sale prices and shipping are better than what Happ would give you.  Send him a PM and he will hook you up right.  Check out his other products for sale to see if there is anything else you need for your project and you would save on shipping even more.  He has a stickied thread in the Buy/Sale/Trade forum almost always at the top.

Yeah I know about dive, I'm in the process of getting some carriage bolts form him, glad that I've been wasting time cause now I can get the rollers also.

Wow.  Those are some of the worst I've ever seen.  You're gonna be amazed when you replace them.

Got cha, thanks, I can't wait to do the rebuild, and then I'll work on my trackball MAME machine, It'll go into the Millipede cabinet.  I tired working on it today but couldn't get the monitor to do anything, so I'm just going to MAME it, but keep the side art and control panel.  I'll repaint the white part of the cabinet, and then get a new marquee and control overlay.
