Title: Newbe ArcadeOS question

I Finally finished my cabnet and got it up and running with ArcadeOS with MAME66. It works great I just have one problem. On certain game that take up the whole screen I get this weird wavyness in the screen, like the refresh is not right or something, but the refresh is correct. Its really weird. This didn't happen with the same games on the MAME32 (Same PC same Monitor) Can anyone help?
