Title: JS01 Sanwa Joysticks Vs. JS02 Zippy Joysticks
Post by: mrclean on April 12, 2007, 11:56:42 pm
JS01 Sanwa Joysticks   Vs.   JS02 Zippy Joysticks Which one is better ? and why ? I read that its easy to unscrew the ball tops, are they going to come loose while gaming ? I also read that you can convert the zippy one to a 2-way however I won't ever do that. And lastly how many games actually used these sticks in the real arcades ? Does anyone know of any specific titles that use the js01 or the js02 ? All images are of the JS02 Zippy

Edit!? - Where Can I go get replacement different colors for the Zippy ball tops If I feel like changing the colors any time in the future ?

I doubt any US game used either of those, but I could be wrong.

Normal sanway sticks have a flathead slot on the bottom of the shaft that help you tighten them real good.  They spin easily and are smooth so I doubt they would ever come loose.  Mine haven't.

Where you found this JS01 and JS02? Do you have photo from bottom side?

I'm sure that bottom side looks as in Seimitsu LS-32 (different color only), washer and base and moutplate is copied  from Seimitsu too.
