Hi all! I am new to posting on this board but I have been reading up on it for months. I recently finished adding the necessary hardware to an Neo Geo 6 slot to create a mame machine/Dance Dance Revolution Machine. I would like to know if anyone on this board could create a DDR themed marquee to cover up the top Neo Geo marquee on my machine. The size of the marquee is 15"x9". Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

did you keep the neogeo 6 slot in there, or do you now have a neo geo pcb to trade for artwork services? =P

The six slot is still in there. I actually live with a group of my friends and they all own the cabinet. I supplied all of the computer hardware to configure it with mame. Im running windows 95 on an Arcadevga card and a jpac. I was just looking to see if someone could bang a marquee out for me as i had seen people get custom cps done for them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Something simple will do, but I have absolutely no artistic talent. Thanks

15x9? do you have a pic that seems pretty small for a marquee...

Hi. It is the top marquee. The neo geo's have a smaller Neo Geo marquee above the marquee that shows what games are in the system. The smaller marquee is the one I wish to cover and it is indeed 15"x9". I already have a mame marquee in the large spot, but I would like a ddr marquee to go along with my ddr pads. Thanks

anyone? Thanks!

email Zakk at massive mame. He made mine for free and I printed it at Kinko's. Since he was doing me a favor I kept my request very simple......
good luck!

Zakk does stellar work, but I didn't know he did requests. Maybe if you intentionally put together a really crappy looking one and email it to him, he will feel obligated to help you out. ;)
j/k, but Zakk is a really helpful guy and has some very good premade marquees on his site for download that you might want to check out.

I fulfilled your request snailmailhater - see if you like the one in the other post in the main forum.

thanks - though I'm a little stuck on delivery of the file to anyone. The pdf is one thing(3.1MB), but the photoshop file is huge (50MB or so).

I can put it online if it's still wanted. I can set up an FTP for you to upload it to, or it could be emailed to an account I can set up on the arcadecontrols.com site... Let me know :)

Cool, that would be easiest, I could upload both - please send me the info via email or PM. Thanks saint

try zipping the Photoshop file...I turned a small 1.2 MB file into an 11k zip! Admittedly, that is the best case scenario, but if you work with a lot of layers, and each layer only has a little bit of graphic on it, zipping will work wonders.
