Title: Anyone wireless setup in a wall mounted jukebox.
Post by: colonelsnow on April 11, 2007, 09:06:10 pm: I am getting the wall mounted kit from Mameroom. I would like to incorporate a wireless internet connection for downloading CD covers, etc. Has anyone come up with a way to mount a wireless card were it gets a decent signal from the router but is not an eyesore sticking on the outtside of the jukebox.

I used a dongle inside the wallmount with no problem.

So the "antenna" is totally inside the box?

The juke and the wireless access point were on the same floor of my house at the time, but I didn't think a further distance would be a problem.

Also, I think ASUS makes motherboards with onboard wifi cards.

Post by: BobA on April 12, 2007, 08:12:58 pm: I use a USB WiFi dongle and it came with its own stand like this one. You can just use a USB extension to move the dongle outside the case if you cannot get one with the stand.
