Title: Name That Control Panel

I'm trying to find out what game this came from, so that I can list it on ebay.  Any input would be great!

I remember that one. The index finger over the middle finger trackball roll for precision.
I haven't thought about that game in eons.

Love this game.  I've only gotten to the skull a couple of times, though.  :(

Yes, Mini Golf is a GREAT game.  I finally was able to beat the last level (had to cheat though).  If you have a spinner on your CP, you can cheat on some of the levels (like the one below) by using it for a perfectly straight horizontal shot for a hole in one.   :laugh2:

What about this one?  Looks to be some sort of Pacman Clone but I don't know.
