Title: Suggestion: Random insult/Chad comment generator

With all of the off-hand comments and quotes being thrown around here, I thought "Hey, why don't we build a database of the best ones, write a code to select a random one, and integrate a random clever comment button into the post editor".

So would this be doable? ;) ;D

I did that a long time ago. I wrote an insult generator that would generate Shakespeare and pirate insults. It would be simple to create Chadian insults as well. (it's modular)
