I am considering using u360's on one of my swappable control panels. I am wondering what effects this will have with the front end. I want to be able to hot swap the CPs while the front end is running. Are there any front ends that can handle having the u360s plugged in and unplugged while they are running? By this I mean, be able to use the input from them to control the FE, and when they are unplugged, use the input of something else (and then back again)? I intend on having a IPAC also connected at the same time/all the time.
Thanks,
Rick

I think MaLa is able to do what you want in RC9. Previous to this if the U360 was not present it would stop polling for the joystick, but that is no longer the case in RC9.

I think Atomic can handle that too.
But it doesn't have u360 native support yet, you will have to do a .BAT or a .VBS script to make it work with your games.

I'm highly anticipating this inclusion, one of the few reason I haven't checked out that front end just yet. Get on it! ;D
