Title: Any arcade repair guy/company in the New York/Long Island area?
Post by: Frankiebonez on March 26, 2007, 10:20:54 pm
I might need help with my cabinet... I'm unsure if I'm going to delve into pulling the chassis out of this thing, plus maybe I dont need to and can get it fixed with just someone who has more knowledge than I do.

Anyway, anyone on Long Island, New York that can help me, point me to someone or a company, that repairs these things?

Here is the thread describing the problem:

Sometimes I can get it to work for a while, but my biggest problem is I dont know anything about discharging the monitor, or have any acces to a rejuvenator if that might help, and I'm really just a noob overall with this stuff (<--- biggest problem lol).  I just sent out the control board to the guy I bought the cab from and he was going to look it over, since when I would pump up the contrast the color would come back in.  So, I MIGHT be ok... but I'm not saying anything, and to be honest I think I'm gonna still have problems.

If you could help, if need be, that would be awesome!  I'm located in Suffolk County, Sayville if you know where that is.
