Title: Help finding joystick protector hole plate

I'm looking for the round plastic washer protector hole plate on the joystick that sits on top of the plexi. I can't find where to order the darn piece.  :dizzy:

Better yet, I would love to find a more durable and better looking solution, such as fixed yoke? made of rubber. I saw some rubber washers for plumbing at Home Depot and thought it may work. I'm thinking the only way to get this is to get a industrial joystick.
