Title: director player error help

Hi All,
 I got a fotozap photo booth  that uses a windows 98 platform. After it boots up, I get "Director Player Error" "List Expected for Handler" "#getaProp". Does anyone know how to fix? I called  the manufacturer Bay-Tek, and they told me game was to "old" and they had no info( game is only 5-6 years old) .

 Does anyone know if "Director Player Error" is software or hardware?
