I'd like to have a Terminator 2 game. Actually, the one my dad and I played on at Putt-Putt.
You can read the sappy story on my web page.

720.. Assault 8).. APB (got it ;D).. Escape from the Planet of Robot Monsters.. and pretty much every game from the 'Namco Museum' series (hm.. yeah, I think GaPlus was on there somewhere ::)).
Too bad I'll never get half of these, unless I find them as fix-er-uppers. Oh, well; I've got a project lined up.. a JAMMA+ multigame (maybe, might just manually switch to save $$$) for all the vertical SNK LS-30 games :o.
-
Narc (original revision)
6-player X-men
Power Drift (sit down)
Roadblasters (sit down)
Gauntlet Legends
Cruis'n USA
Maximum Hangtime or NBA Jam TE
Double Dragon
Xybots
and pretty much every other game ever made.
Cheers

A big screen Pump it Up "The Premier".
Missile Command cockpit.
Turbo Cockpit.
Star Wars cockpit.
STUN Runner
Peter Packrat
Robotron cocktail (so I don't have to bash player 2 out of the way as soon as he dies).
Sega R-360
Now, at first I thought this thread was supposed to be about which cabinets you wanted. Not which games. Cabinet choices are a little different.
For vertical games nothing beats the Midway Pac/Galaga/Bosconian style cabinets.
For fighting games, sports games, and scrollers I like those 33" cabinets that have the control panel on a separate little pedestal.
For older horizontal games I like Williams cabinets. The monitors being right at eye level helps you to see EVERYTHING.
When in doubt, you can't go wrong with an Atari cabinet. They usually have great artwork.
The Buck Rogers cockpit is especially cool looking, even if the game isn't that great.
Now, as to which cabinets I actually do own?
Assault, Turbo, Jamma cabinet (Former Arabian), Top Gunner (Former Galaxian), Kangaroo, Crystal Castles, Artic Mini, generic gambling upright, Carnival cocktail, generic cocktail, Time Pilot cocktail, and a Jack the Giantkiller cocktail.

8 daytona2 machines
Only 8?
Yeah, I think that's the limit.
-
I'll make it an even dozen choices. In the following order:
1) Discs of Tron environmental
(i've actually got a lead on an upright of this game. Just need to buy a house first so i have the room. It will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine. :) )
2) Race Drivin'
3) Star Wars cockpit
4) Galaga
5) Ms Pac-Man (gotta have one pick for the SO ;) )
6) Centipede (i can't get enough of this game)
7) Battlezone (i played this SO much as a kid)
8) Burger Time
9) 6-player X-Men (the HUGE cab with the multiple screens)
10) Tron
11) Tempest (a beautiful cabinet with a simple, yet fun and addicting game).
12) Wurlitzer Jukebox (no arcade is complete without a jukebox)
-
a TMNT cab with the sideart would be awesome.
got the cab ,. just not the sideart.
-
10) Space Invaders - Started it all for me.
9) Gorf - Because it talked.
8) Berzerk - Because it did too, and back then that was pretty new wave IMHO
7) Joust - Two player simultaneous goodness
6) Mario Brothers - See above
5) Missile Command - It wasn't until decades after first playing this that I moved to LA and found the military actually had a plan to use the same strategy in case of an attack from the Soviets over the Pacific. The missile control bunkers/towers still extist in the mountains above LA. The idea? Launch a nuke within a few miles at incoming bombers/ICBMs and, well..basically you have Missile Command.
4) Scamble
3) Pac Man
2) Donkey Kong
and
1) Dragon's Lair. 50% for its innovation and 50% for it's 3 sided marquee.
-
Scramble... yeah baby... the very first game I ever played, on the first computer I had, my Commodore 16 :) What times that was :)
To be honest, it's first later I reckognized that Scrample also was an arcade :) How cool, so now it runs in MAME, totally tops :)
-
oooh, well, if it's not just arcade cabs I'd also love some kind of Allwin machine, and definatly a Pachinko machine...
a pinball table would be nice too
:P

Three of the coolest cabs ever !
#1 Sinistar Duramold cabinet
#2 I Robot cab by Atari
#3 Dedicated Wacko cab by Bally/Midway
-
Frost, just sleep in one of those environmentals.. I seem to remember the DoTs being pretty roomy ;D
Another game I would like is CyberSled.. not because it's the bomb per se (although it is a cool game), but because I found one for $250.. but then I realized -- beyond the mystery of where I would put such a behemoth -- that I can't even get it into my house or my friend's shop.
Bollocks. At least I didn't figure that one out on the way home with it, right? :P
-
Oh damn, I almost forgot one of the sweetest classics... Ghost'n Goblins... damn I really want a such machine with the original game in it... jesus :)

There was a guy on the newsgroups a while back who was having trouble giving away an I-Robot cabinet. Google groups probably still has it somewhere.

Robotron! (in process of restoring)
I have an R-Type pcb, but the cab would be great.
I'd love:
Mr Do (feel the gameplay.....)
Burger Time
Ferrari F355 3 screener (best driving game IMO)
Star wars sit down
Mikie (don't know why, I just love it!)
Defender (my next project)
Isn't wierd we all have our nostalgic classics that other, just as enthusiastic collectors hate

That's cool, but no whole chassis movement.
Oh, I have to add a 6th to my list, Turret Tower, 360 degrees of motion sickness. Gotta love a cockpit cabinet in which you have the lock the door and fasten the seat belt and pressure plates in the floor so only ONE person is allowed in the cabinet. You can get dizzy in this cabinet. Only thing I wish would be an external cabinet so on-lookers can see what you are doing.
