Where are you located, and does the Neo Cab still have original side art and original control panel?

I am in northern michigan usa and the control panel was sold and removed and the cab side's are painted white and have capcom stickers for side art at the moment.

may consider trading my new ultimarc mini-pac and new video amp for a new or used but fully working J-pac.
