Title: whats the quality to coax campared to composite

i just recieved an old 19 inch tv for free, i was thinking of making a mame cabinet with it, i was going to get a pci card with composite output run that through an radio shack adapter i have to the to tv coax. how good of quality do you think ill get?

i reckon the picture will be very poor,does your tv have a svid or video input?

no, its old school, coax is the only input in this tv, if this doesnt work,i  was thinking of buying a 25 inch tv, but that will set me back a few hundred and im kinda low on the budget

must be a real old tv,you will get a picture and it may be o.k but it will only be o.k not good.you will probably get a slightly wavey and fuzzy pic but for free who gives a pony
