Title: Original Defender button colors

I'm creating a Defender-style CPO for my cab and I want to match the button colors of the original. I have searched and searched but cannot find a pic of a Defender CP with the buttons installed.

Anybody know the original button colors and the color of the Stargate Inviso button (I'll be adding it)?
