Title: Easy way to interface just a coin door??

I'm planning a jukebox and want it to be coin operated.  Everything else will be touchscreen, so a encoder seems like overkill.
Is there an easy way to interface a coin door with a PC??

keyboard hack if you only need two buttons.

Does the thing have a gameport, and does your software support gamepad input? If so then go to the thrift store or your basement and grab the cheapest PC flightstick they have that has a fire button on top. Rip it open and run the two wires from the fire button over to your coin mech.

That is easier than a keyboard hack and won't take up you keyboard port.
